"This letter is to thank you for your effort making our wedding reception truly memorable. Doug and I had the time of our lives on November 17. We are grateful to you and your staff for a beautiful venue and excellent service.
Regarding meetings and conversations with you, I felt assured that Doug and I were well informed and that you would follow through on any issues. The planning went more smoothly than I had ever anticipated. Moreover, you demonstrated that you cared about the outcome of our reception and allowed us time to make decisions. You may recall several questions from me like "”What is the length of the railing of the ballroom staircase?"” Each question was answered patiently and in a timely fashion.
As far as our reception, every promise was fulfilled. Setting up the day before, I could already see how lovely the ballroom would look. Having you greet us at the door to begin our reception was a special touch. The Temple banquet manager, Deb Kuebler, welcomed Doug and I and led us through the reception. Further, our guests enjoyed the meals and service, as did Doug and I. We had a lively crowd that the staff seemed to take pleasure in serving right up until midnight.

"Last December my daughter, Karen, got engaged to a wonderful young man, Joshua. They chose to marry on August 11, 2007. Of course, plans for the wedding, the reception, bridal shower and rehearsal dinner soon got under way.
I cannot begin to tell you how helpful Kim Kisser was in helping with all of these events. Except for the actual wedding service, everything was handled through the Horizons Center with Kim at the helm. She was terrific with ideas and was a saint in dealing with the many personalities of both of our families. Each event was beautiful and well organized.
The night of the wedding reception at the Temple Theatre was perfect due to the hard work of the room manager, Deb, and her crew. I received many, many compliments from our guests for the food, the room, and the workers. Again, everything went smoothly. It was a perfect evening and it was enjoyed by all.
I have and will continue to recommend your services to people planning weddings and other events. Your employees know their jobs and they do it well.
