The Temple Theatre has been a beautiful structure from the blueprints to the present. The new owners have done a magnificent job of accurately restoring the interior of the theatre while making stunningly attractive renovations to the rest of the property.

If you are curious about the theatre, the building or the work that has been done, plan to take one of our tours. We make several tours available or would be happy to customize one for your group.

For a simple walk through tour simply call ahead to arrange the time and availability of a personal guide. This tour is for groups of 5 or less.

Are you interested in the Barton theatre Organ? We have tours with a short concert by the staff organist and even a short silent film. There is also a tour with the theatre historian and organ curator that includes a demonstration of the organ and its resources. Much of the detail regarding the history and restoration can be discovered on one of these tours.

During the months of June, July and August, we offer “T” tours: Temple Theatre Tours, Tuesday, Two PM and for Two dollars. This is a very popular tour.

Our most elaborate tour includes one of the above tours with a lunch or dinner served on the stage of the theatre. Contact the theatre office at 877-754-SHOW to make your arrangements.
