How to Reserve Your Seats
Bring your students to as many events as you would like. Sign-up for the series or choose the best combination of programs to supplement your school’s curriculum.

Reservations:
Seats are $4.00 per student/person. We offer one free teacher/chaperone admittance with every 15 paid students. Although no physical tickets are issued, your seat is secured with your reservation.

1) Register through the web site by filling out the downloadable form. The completed form can be e-mailed to: info@templetheatre.com or faxed to: 989-754-9039.

2) Call 1-877-754-SHOW to register via phone.

3) Mail the form to Temple Theatre Box Office
201 N. Washington Ave., Saginaw, MI 48607.

After selecting a show, you will receive a confirmation letter that tells you the name of the show, the date, time and number of seats that we are holding for you. We will call you before the show to confirm your final count. If your final count increases, you must call the box office to check seat availability.

Please bring your confirmation letter with you upon arrival for check in.


Seating:
Your group is placed in an area that can accommodate your group size and need. This may be on the main floor or in the balcony.

American Disabilities Act (ADA):
We offer seating to accommodate any disabled person. Please note that this seating does require advanced notice. Due to the limit and placement of the seating for wheelchairs, we will do our best to accommodate your group’s needs. For more information in regards to ADA consideration, please contact (989) 754-7469.

Payment:
We accept cash or check for the CLAP program. You may choose to send payment with your registration, pay upon arrival at the Theatre the day of the performance or we will invoice your school directly approximately 2 weeks before each program. With any method of payment, we will provide you with an invoice for each program, which may act as a receipt of payment. If paying by check, please make checks payable to the Temple Theatre.

Arrival/Departure:
Arrival- Busses pull up to the main entrance of the Temple Theatre. Please have your group wait on the bus, the teacher/contact must check in before students are instructed to enter the building. For check in you will need your confirmation letter and final payment. Once checked in an usher will instruct your group to enter the building where you will be directed to your assigned seating. Busses after dropping off your group, please park your bus at the Saginaw Tower located at 515 N. Washington.

Departure- Busses are permitted to line-up in front of the Temple Theatre 15 minutes prior to end of the show, please do not block any entrances or exits. After Washington Ave. is full, please continue to line up busses across the Johnson Street Bridge. As busses leave, remaining busses should move up towards the front of the theatre.

Bus drivers: if more than one bus was used for transportation, please return as a school group to ensure dismissal runs smoothly. Students are asked to stay seated in the theatre after the show ends and will take part in a question and answer session. During the question and answer session we dismiss schools by the order of the busses.

Cancellation:
All cancellations must be made in writing and received by the box office no later than two weeks prior to day of show. Please email cancellation to: info@templetheatre.com or fax to 989-754-9039. No refund will be issued for orders not cancelled within the two-week time frame.
